Are family or other relationships troubling you? Perhaps something that happened long ago has suddenly started to bother you, or a recent change in your life has left you struggling to cope? You might be feeling afraid, unable to see the woods for the trees, or you may be suffering with symptoms like depression, anxiety, phobias or panic attacks.

I work collaboratively with people - individuals and couples - when they’re feeling vulnerable, helping them with difficult emotional experiences. Counselling can help you feel like your ‘old’ self again, find relief from symptoms, grieve, or come to terms with something, and develop clarity and greater self confidence.

I don’t charge for an initial telephone consultation, to help you decide whether I’m the right person for you to talk to. However, you may prefer just to email to arrange an initial session. While social distancing is required, I’m working online and over the phone.
