I offer counselling to people going through stressful times, helping them to come to terms with their difficulties, develop confidence in themselves and a deeper sense of meaning in their life.  

I don’t charge for an initial telephone consultation, to help you decide whether I’m the right person for you to talk to. However, you may prefer just to email and meet for an initial session.
