I work collaboratively with people when they’re feeling at their most vulnerable, helping them with difficult emotional experiences. Whether you want to find self confidence, relief from symptoms, or a way forward with a relationship, I can work with you to help you achieve this.  

I don’t charge for an initial telephone consultation, to help you decide whether I’m the right person for you to talk to. However, you may prefer just to email and meet for an initial session.
