I work collaboratively with individuals going through emotionally tough times, helping them manage or resolve their difficulties. You decide on your goals, such as building self confidence, finding peace of mind, or finding a way forward with a relationship, and I will work with you to help you achieve them.  

I don’t charge for an initial telephone consultation, to help you decide whether I’m the right person for you to talk to. However, you may prefer just to email and meet for an initial session.
